Hi, I’m Dr Maria.
I’m a registered psychologist who works with adolescents and adults, and I know that reaching out for support can feel like a big step. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. We work together to make sense of what you’re going through, while also building practical tools that you can use in your everyday life.
I aim to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without fear of judgment.
At Mindlab, I provide neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based assessment and therapy services. I have a particular interest in working with ADHD and autism, and I’m passionate about helping you recognise your strengths and find strategies that work for you.
Alongside my clinical work, I’m also an Associate Teaching Fellow at Deakin University, where I support and mentor psychology students, something that keeps me grounded in the latest research and continuously improving the care I provide.
If you’re considering starting therapy or exploring an assessment, you’re very welcome to reach out.
