This may include those who are:
Beginning to understand themselves through a recent autism or ADHD diagnosis, and wanting clarity, direction, and support in making sense of this
Exploring the possibility of an assessment for the first time and seeking a thoughtful, guided process
Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, burnout, or low mood, and looking for practical ways to cope and move forward
Reflecting on identity, relationships, or life direction, and wanting a space to explore this safely
