With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you can claim Medicare rebates of $98.97 per session for up to 10 sessions per year. 

You can book sessions without a referral. Some private health funds offer rebates for psychology services, check with your insurer for details.

Psychology sessions are available for self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
